  • Ensuring that the insurance has been taken for the vehicles, warehouse etc
  • Preparing all the monthly service invoices for credit customers and their follow-up
  • WPS salary transfer
  • Ensuring proper maintenance of HR records
  • Proper maintenance of all the accounting records in the ERP system
  • Proper filing of all the documents
  • Preparing the financial statements and the various MIS reports
  • Maintaining the Minutes of Meetings and proper follow-up
  • Assisting the management in various administrative tasks

Nationality Required :

  • Indian, Pakistani or Filipino

Experience Required :

  • Minimum 2 years in UAE or home country.

Qualification Required :

  • Bcom/ACCA/CIMA

Job Description :

  • Should have a wide knowledge in repairing scooter CVT engines
  • Complete wiring harness repairing
  • Able to read and write from spare parts book
  • All kind trouble shootings
  • Hindi and English speaking (manageable)
  • Willing to work under time pressure
  • Able work alone in engines
  • ATV repairing knowledge would be added advantage
  • Water washing

Qualification :

  • Minimum 10th Grade Passed (Preferred)

Major Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Achieving monthly financial targets as required by company policy
  • Effectively meet customer needs and solicit sales of all products
  • Present the features and benefits for all products to customers
  • Show each customer advantages of products versus competing brands
  • Cross-sell accessories
  • Maintain profit margin objective for all vehicle sales
  • Follow-up procedures to endure timely and proper completion of all paperwork
  • Introduce Customer to the service, parts, general merchandise
  • Update Customer Relationship Management System entries on a daily basis
  • Conduct the assigned number of outbound sales calls and visits each week
  • Submit Daily Sales Report promptly
  • Overseeing all the social media accounts, including updating and responding to client enquiries electronically
  • Developing new and innovative ideas for the business development
  • plan and conduct direct marketing activities
  • monitor competitors, market conditions and product development
  • source and develop client referrals
  • develop and maintain a customer database

Customer Service :

  • Greet customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner
  • Handle telephone transactions quickly and courteously
  • Ensure that customers are properly qualified for needs, wants and ability to buy
  • Practice a feature/ benefit selling methodology so that all customers receive consistent treatment
  • Use a common and consistent quotation methodology for vehicle sales, trade-ins and purchases
  • Ensure implementation of road test, and pre-delivery inspection (prior to delivery to customer)
  • Contact customer complaints reasonably, showing empathy and a positive attitude demonstrating our commitment to " make things right "
  • Attend training sessions to keep current with sales techniques and sales department issues
  • Cultivate prospects (e.g., showroom customer follow-up, phone-in inquiries, past owners, etc.)
  • Update CRM on a daily basis
